Knowledgeable, customer oriented technicians

Tom Szymanski is a true asset to Point Bay. His experience and knowledge are invaluable when advice is needed (which is what I needed this visit). He is courteous, thorough, and respectful of the customer. He explained what the issue was, and what would be needed to solve the problem in a cost effective, yet productive way. He explained why another solution to the problem would not be effective or practical.

Routine maintenance on the boiler

Service was great! Tom has been to our house several times and we always get thorough and efficient service. He takes the time to explain what he did/or needs to be done, and why. He offers suggestions for optimum efficiency of the unit. Tom is prompt, courteous, pleasant, and efficient....a great representative of your company!

Professional Service

Your service technician arrived on time, and performed a thorough inspection, disassembly, cleaning, replacement of consumables, and worn parts, chimney & duct inspection along with the reassembly of all components. He then proceeded to do a performance check and verified the key points of operations. He answered my questions and concerns and explained why certain components were replaced and why checks needed to be completed. He also reminded me of the service plan that we have with Point Bay, and the advantages it carries, which was reassuring in the event we have a breakdown. I would like to say that my experience with Point Bay from the beginning until present has been nothing but enjoyable from Rosalie in the office to the oil deliveries, and the service technicians. From the start we have had the same technician each and every year, and he has preformed a stellar job each and every time leaving us with a reliable heating system which is important to everyone including our tenants.
